 Curriculum Vitae 

Robert graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Business Administration as well as an MBA. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University. Upon graduation, he was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada. He has successfully tried cases to both juries and judges in Nevada and California - pro hac vice. In addition to his civil litigation practice, he has dealt extensively with tort issues, subrogation, including products liability and the subrogation potential arising therefrom. 

He Currently serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for the City of Las Vegas, and formally for the Eighth Judicial District Court. 

He is also a court appointed arbitrator and serves as a private mediator.

Qualey Williams Aikens, Attorneys at Law,

 with offices in Nevada and Connecticut and oversees the operations of the firm, litigation, as well as the handling, investigation and settlement of subrogation matters.

Mr. Williams was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He graduated Cum Laude from Northeastern University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree.  Mr. Williams earned his Juris Doctorate degree at New England School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude and was selected as a New England Scholar.  He was admitted to the State Bar of Massachusetts in 1993, the State Bar of Nevada in 2011, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts. 

Mr. Williams is a partner in the Law Firm of QWA Attorneys At Law, located in Henderson, Nevada. Prior to joining QWA Attorneys At Law, Mr. Williams was a principal and managing partner  of  Williams  & Associates, PC, and David M. Williams & Associates. 

Mr. Williams' practice is confined to civil litigation and insurance coverage, and he currently serves as National Counsel to several insurance companies in complex civil litigation, and is admitted to appear in various courts throughout the country. 

Mr. Williams is a member of the National Association of Subrogation  Professionals. Mr. Williams is an expert in the identification of tortfeasors in complex liability claims and has advised many insurance company clients during the course of his practice on coverage and other insurance-related matters.

Mrs. Aikens-Lastrina graduated from the University of Hartford in Hartford, CT in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Government with a minor in Sociology. 

Mrs. Aikens-Lastrina earned her 

Juris Doctorate degree at the Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, MA in 2017 where she graduated with a Concentration in Business Law. 

Mrs. Aikens-Lastrina was admitted to the State Bar of Connecticut in 2017 and joined the firm of Williams & Associates soon thereafter. 

She quickly became an integral member of the firm's subrogation team and personally oversaw millions of dollars' worth of recoveries and has implemented innovative subrogation strategies that ensure the continuing success of the firm.

Mrs. Aikens-Lastrina is a partner in the Law Firm of QWA Attorneys At Law located in both Henderson, Nevada and Suffield, Connecticut and is a member of the Connecticut Bar.

Nick graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Political Science, and Criminal Justice. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree at Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2017. Upon graduation, Nick was admitted to the State Bar of Indiana and joined a civil litigation firm in Indianapolis, Indiana where he served as outside counsel for multination manufacturing corporations in Europe, Asia and North America.

Nick is an attorney with QWA Attorneys At Law with offices located in Nevada, Connecticut, and Indiana. He is a member of the firm’s subrogation team. Nick has successfully appeared and litigated for clients in both state and federal courts.
